¿Who is Ixchel Hoyos?
She was born in Cuernavaca, Morelos. At 3 age she began to practice gymnastics and it became her favorite hobby. Now she's a professional with 116 medalls won so.
- I train from Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m 8:00 p.m and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m to 11:00 a.m. On vacation, I train 3 days a week, in the morning and in the afternoon.
- During the pandemic, my parents adapted devices at home so that I could excercise and continue talking my workouts online.
- I am very constant and committed, gymnastics has serverd me in the development of my whole life. In school, I have excellent grades, this year I attended my first year of middle-school with an average of 9.3.
Gymnastics is responsibility, discipline and respect.
BALANCE BEAM
A jump is performed, with a controlled landing at the end.
VAULT
Combinations of jumps, turns, steps and static positions.
FLOOR
Mix acrobatic and gymnastic elements whitout leaving the tapestry.
BARS
The turns and the releases follow each other, along with the linking movements between the two bands.
